1-Day Intro and Intermediate Classes

A chairde,

We are very excited to announce the following 1-Day Intensives for Summer 2013:

Introductory Intensive, Saturday July 27, 9-4pm.

This class is designed for those who would like to immerse themselves in a challenging yet fun day of Irish learning with Múinteoir Ronan! By the end of this day, students will be able to introduce themselves and talk about their family life, where they live, occupation, likes/dislikes, hobbies, numbers and tell the time! Lunch will also be provided.

Who Should Come?
If you’re ready for a new challenge, then be sure to sign up now! This course is particularly suitable for anyone unable to attend our eight-week Introductory Courses. Register now.

New Intermediate Intensive, Sunday July 28th, 10-4pm.

Téama: Comhrá, Cultúr agus Cúrsaí Reatha / Theme: Conversation, Culture and Current Affairs!

As the theme suggests, this class will be focusing on useful conversational phrases and new topics. The topics will be all-new, with a big emphasis on developing comhrá and reading among all the participants. Please message Ronan in advance if there are any new topics that you would like covered. Amongst the notes and freebies, there will also be a lovely new ‘seanfhocal’ (proverb) poster for all attendees!

Who Should Come?
This 1-Day Intermediate Intensive is ideal for anyone who has a firm grasp of the basics, and wants to keep progressing with their Irish learning over the summer. It is also well-suited to anyone unable to attend our weekly classes. We will begin at 10am in Friendship Heights, and the comhrá will keep flowing until 4pm! As ever, a delicious, ‘an-bhlasta’ lunch will be provided. Register now.
