1-Day Introductory Irish
As promised, Ronan is back, and this time with some more high energy classes! First up is the 1-Day Intro this Saturday, which will leave you speaking all the basics by the time you go home!! This beginner course is great for people interested in the Irish language, but who don’t have the time to commute to Friendship Heights for 8 weeks in the autumn. Or perhaps you’re just curious about learning Irish for the first time?! If you’re ready for a new challenge, then be sure to sign up now! For more details, click here.
1-Day Comhrá Intensive,
Saturday Aug 16th, 10 – 4pm.
This day-long class will be focused on developing vocabulary and conversational skills among more experienced speakers. Discussion, role play, reading texts and games will emphasize developing accurate comhrá and reading among all the participants. We will begin at 10am in Friendship Heights, and the comhrá will keep flowing until 4pm! As always, a delicious lunch will be provided. Register now.
Also, be sure to check out our recent summer video on YouTube, featuring lots of clips from Irish classes and social events in DC over the past years. If you’d like to get involved, come to one of our classes or Meetups – see details below!
